Title:  Military Train
Description:  A northbound military train stops at the Crews Control Point with a clear signal. The Second motor was shut down with low oil and wouldn't restart and the lead motor shut down because of low water. A homeowner next to the tracks was nice enough and had a long enough hose to stretch over to the train and fill up the cooling water system so the engine would restart and continue it's journey.
